What You’ll Learn

Here, you learn everything - from grooming and discipline to real hospitality work. At Manvār, we believe in the dignity of labour - no job is small, and every skill has value.

Training Period

Our formal training program runs from October to March (6 months). After successful completion, trainees receive a non-governmental Manvār Training Certificate, which helps build a strong future in hospitality.

Guest Experience Lead (Naturalist)

For someone who loves the desert, birds, wildlife and people, and enjoys hosting guests from India and abroad.

  • Location: Manvār, Thar Desert, between Jodhpur and Jaisalmer
  • Role:
    • Lead our front office and activities team
    • Host guests on nature walks, jeep safaris and village visits
    • Handle guest emails, bookings and reports
  • Requirements:
    • Fluent in English and Hindi (Marwari a plus)
    • Good computer skills
    • A love of nature and wildlife, with guiding experience preferred
    • Willingness/Readiness to live on site
